Being assigned by fellow creative minds and interior designers who are identified by their passion for quality, the challenge was accepted at ‘hello’. A new, contemporary, relevant and aesthetically elevating website as well as e-shop, showcasing their work, was an imperative next step for Karageorgiou Interiors, who have been in the business of interior design and bespoke furniture for almost a century, across three generations.
The task was dual. First and foremost, the company’s projects and items for sale had to be displayed in such a way as to co-align with the brand’s values, philosophy and aesthetics. Secondly and of equal importance, the e-shop’s items had be easily accessed and filtered by potential customers. Hence the forms and lines that flow in the digital environment, allow the project’s and products’ photos to shine like a star. The browsing flow is discreet and seamless, serving the layout’s general ‘look & feel’ as well as the products’ accessibility and easy purchase. The typography has a strong dual character, mixing two different font families (sans serif + serif) as a reflection of the brand’s timeless aesthetics combined with contemporary elements. Excellent responsiveness on all mobile devices goes without saying.
